Declining offer at Imperial College London

Hi, I am an unconditional offer holder at Imperial and I paid my deposit sometime in April. However because of an unforeseen personal circumstance, I will not be able to join Imperial for my Masters and I urgently require the money that I paid as a deposit. I have been trying to contact the university and the department for a few weeks now, and nobody is responding. Is there any other way I could try requesting for a refund? Thanks!
Have you called them to confirm where a refund request should be directed?

I did not call them but I looked up on the website and directed my emails accordingly (to the tuition fee team and the department).

Then I would call both and a) confirm receipt of your message (I think you’ve already had an automated message, but calling tends to prompt them to take action) and b) what timescale they work refunds to, making the point that you’ve been waiting for X amount of time now.
