student finance HMRC Citizen Not Found Exception
i got a message from student finance saying i have actions to complete and it said 'HMRC Citizen Not Found Exception' for my mum. i used the PFF2 form. i think the mistake was her name, how would i change this? do i just submit another form with the correct name?

Hi there, has she checked her emails as we likely have advised her on what evidence to upload to rectify this? Thanks, Jason

i received it on my account on the 25th of june but she just received a letter saying to upload supporting documents so i uploaded a copy of her P60 onto my account, would that be okay?

Hi saesqqi,
If there is a mistake with her name, she can upload a copy of her birth certificate and a cover letter to have this corrected. Citizen not found is in relation to the National Insurance Number, therefore we would require an official HMRC or DWP document that confirms her National Insurance Number and must be posted to the following address -
