SAAS funding for HNC

So about a month ago I submitted my funding form for college funding in Scotland, for a HNC. I didn’t have much help through this process but I managed to submit my application with help from google. I completely forgot about the submission and today I was on my email and saw in my junk folder from SAAS that it had been rejected as I had put something down incorrectly. Knowing my luck, today, June 30th was the last day to safely apply for guaranteed funding. I’ve tried for hours to re apply but there is absolutely nothing on the website showing how to retract and reapply for funding - and I’m worried as I cannot afford this course without it. I’m going to phone tomorrow, and I’ve already submitted an enquiry explaining everything. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? If so, what can you recommend?

I should add btw, when I say help from google, I meant that when asking what type of course I was doing I googled if a HNC was a part time fee grant and it said yes but as it turns out that was the information which was rejected.
