What does this room type mean for UWE Bristrol?

I got an offer for a Medium, Shared, 3 Quarters room at Wallscourt Park Houses. I guess medium is the size of the room and shared means that the bathroom is shared but what does it mean by 3 quarters? Also if anyone knows how many other people will be using one bathroom here and is it possible to get a room change to an En-suite?

heyy, i think the 3 quarters means 3 quarter bed so like in between a single and a double, and there’s normally only 2 people sharing one bathroom x
