I have been predicted A*AAA with the A* in geography but I achieved an A* in my Biology end of year so I am not sure why I haven't been predicted an A*. As an applicant for medicine, I really need an A* in Biology so I was wondering how could I go about explaining to my teacher I would want an A* predicted. My school has said these grades are non negioable but unfortunately I can't apply to medicine with these and I have already booked the UCAT

If you are intending to apply for medicine, Chemistry is more important than Bio (IMHO and what I know). What predicted grade did you get for your chem as it has more options to med schools.

Your predictions are OK and why are you doing 4 A levels anyway?
Don't push teachers into over-inflated predictions - you haven't been achieving A* throughout the year.
