Bringing motorcycle to campus?

Hi, I am interested in bringing a motorcycle to campus, but the web page is a bit not clear, so I hope someone can clarify this for me.
So, this page:

Says in the first paragraph, that parking is free for some places on the campus for students, but the second paragraph says that undergraduate student basically can't park it on campus.
I want to use it for commute between campus based accommodation and job somewhere in Bath as it more convenient than use a bus.
