UCL 2024/25 Accom Swap
Hi, I got offered a Single Ensuite Room at One Pool Street with a weekly rent of £287.35 for 39 weeks. I'm willing to swap it with any Single Ensuite Room at a higher rent that's closer to the main UCL campus.
I've seen both the rooms at One Pool Street and people's opinions of it online. Because the accommodation is relatively new, it's clean and well kept, having good facilities. It's also located 5 minutes from the Westfield shopping centre and the London Stadium, and a 3 minute walk to Stratford station where you can get either the tube or train. For a Single Ensuite Room in a building with good facilities and livelihood, the rent is arguably cheaper than expected.
My only issue is the distance, as I would prefer a closer accomodation at the expense of a higher rent, for example.
I would be open to any rent higher than £287.35 per week.

Hey, is your accommodation catered? Also, do you have private or shared kitchen? I got an offer from Schafer house, single self-catered for £250/week, and it’s only 7 min walk away from UCL main campus. I’m going to study in UCL East for BA Media, so I’m looking for a hall close to it! Let me know if you want to consider my option
