Hi there,
Your university would normally contact you if you needed to resit so if your main form of communication with your university is via email then it will likely be over email that they contact you with the information on whether you need to resit and how you would go about doing this. They will give you information on the resits - depending on whether it is coursework or exams the resit will be different and you could always email them back to clarify anything you do not understand.
If you have received your grade and you didn't get the grade that you needed to get to pass, you will likely need to resit so you could always email your module tutor or personal tutor if you have one of these to ask if you will need to resit and when you would receive information on how to do this.

Generally, you will receive an email regarding resits if this is the case. If you have received a grade and believe you will need to resit, perhaps get in contact with your academic tutor/course lead and clarify with them.

Is it possible to resit the 3rd year of a degree if you already have had 4 years government funding but just failed the 3rd year or not enough credits to get an honours degree??
