Do I have a chance?

I have an offer from the University of Edinburgh, the requirements for said offer is 15/20 overall score in the French Baccaleaureat, I received my score and it was 14.93, in addition I have gotten 20/20 in the subject they asked me to do for two years, do I have a chance to get in or will 0.07 points eradicate my chances?
