Glute workouts

Okay peeps, what is your glute workout regimen that seems most effective out of all the ones you have tried?* Some people say diet plays a huge roll and others say you can continue eating WTH you want.* Have you been able to eat whatever you want or to gain muscle and maintain round bubble butt, did you have to completely change your diet or just add protein powder shakes to your regular existing diet?

I'm a guy so this might be different but I get too many compliments from my mates about my round ass. I eat whatever I want and maintain it (my diet is ok but always try to include protein powder). Think the basics are very important for glutes: squat, deadlifts and hip thrusts are definitely the best. Sort of two questions this. But if you want to eat whatever you want then you'll have to make sure you're burning most of the energy you consume otherwise you'll gain weight that might not just be pure glute muscle

Do you specifically target glute muscles and work on them? Some people are lucky and naturally have a 🍑.

No my main focus is powerlifting but I guess the glutes are a focus as they are so important for squats and deadlifts. I have a sepearte day for deadlifts and legs (but legs is once a week and has no focus but works all muscle groups). How come?
