Plus I am too scared of my dentist to drink coke or eat anything with sugar in... he takes out teeth with pliers.. last time i had some taken out (for my braces) i could hear the roots squeaking!!!! Put me permanently off sugar for life.
My problem isn't type of food - it's quantity. Anyone else get starving by 8am (breakfast at 7:30) or 1hr after a proper meal?

argh...really people either go on no food diet or eat non stoping,it's just that you have to balance your diet eat sensible,try to avoid fats and butter and stuff like that,eat honey and fruits and vegtables more and when you balance your diet you are just healthy,and feeling much better,I believe people consume so much of fats because they don't eat enough of other catogories,but they can feel it,sometimes you eat more because your body only needs water
