Procrastination

I'm not able to study consistently for a long time I'm getting distracted into lots of distracting activities such as junk foods , unnecessary contents on social media, not doing exercises, etc

But whenever I study according to my plans most of the time I get success but the major problems are overthinking & procrastination how can I overcome

I just did my GCSEs and a lot of that was spent procrastinating but what I would recommend that I did is studying with a friend and using the pomodoro technique (20mins studying and 5 min break) in a cafe of some sort. Everyone else is working there so you end up being productive too and the frequent breaks help to prevent burnout. A bonus is also a walk to a cafe which helps you get some exercise in which helps you focus too.
