Exhaustion

So basically I've just finished my first year at university, which I found incredibly academically challenging. I ended up going to bed at 3am or later everyday and unsurprisingly became very sleep deprived. Since being back at home I've been sleeping a lot yet I cannot manage to shake my exhaustion. I've bought a tonic which I've been having regularly to boost my vitamins, and I also make sure that I get regular exercise everyday to help with my wellbeing. If anyone has been in a similar situation I would really appreciate any advice/tips on how to get out of this!

The key is that you CANNOT catch up on lost sleep ,apparently, but just make sure you get a 8 hours of GOOD sleep each night for a couple of weeks. NYTOL "One a Day" is very good to help you sleep. Specifically the "One A Night". Dont take more than 1 tablet for certain. That will help you get to and continue sleep.
