With your statistics at the moment, I don't see why not. Cambridge interviews a majority of their applicants, around 75% if I remember right, and they take into account a wide range of factors, so your gcses should still get you an interview. A level grades are fine, and a ucat score that high would be amazing and would almost guarantee to be above the average score for any people who get offers.

For actual offers, again Cambridge is holistic and will take into account many things. The only problem would be your gcses, as they would be on the low side compared to most people, but a great interview and a very high UCAT may make up for it, since Cambridge doesn't solely focus on gcses. Not Oxford though, you would essentially not have any chance for interview for Oxford if they still base interview selection on 50% gcses.

Thank you, I am quite worried that my gcse performance will let me down. Depending on my UCAT i'll apply and just hope for the best 🤞

What work experience do you have? How strong is your PS? Why 4 A levels btw?

2 weeks shadowing + 1 week placement in trauma clinic + 3 days palliative care ward
My ps is currently strong - I'm still working on it to make it stronger by using help from a successful applicant last year. So it is strong but I am trying to make it stronger.
I really liked bio and chem bc those are the gcses I got 8 in, maths I got a 7 so I took it as well and psyc I didnt take for gcse but i found it interesting. I was considering dropping psyc bc I thought I got B/C on the mock but I did get an A and was 2 marks of A*, so I'm doing 4 because I enjoy my subjects and am predicted high grades. I've completed my EPQ as well and am predicted an A*.

I would suggest dropping one A level you need strong grades and your predictions look a bit unrealistic really given your working at grades. Your PS is supposed to be your own work!!!!!

No-one can guarantee an interveiw!

General TSR rule is if they didn't post back about how amazing they are and how the interviewers practically fell over themselves to offer him or her a place, then they were rejected.

I wouldn't say this a great rule. I would say that a lot of the time people don't check back on their accounts unless they have another question.

I think you're being a bit literal with the text...
