At a few Unis, yes. But the majority of Unis will only accept Applied Science BTEC plus A level Chem, because you need a background in Organic Chemistry and you wont have covered enough of this in a BTEC. Yes, its much harder without this basic background knowledge.

The only one I could find is - MPharm (Hons) Pharmacy - University of Wolverhampton (wlv.ac.uk) - BTEC Applied Science Extended Diploma, DDM (with essential units from the BTEC)edge/
Or you could look at MPharm with a Foundation year - Pharmacy with a Preparatory (Foundation) Year, MPharm (Hons) - Swansea University but that means its a 5-year course and you might be better off just taking A level Chem in a gap-year.
