Can I change how much I borrow from Student Finance England after applying?

I've made an application to borrow the maximum amount of maintenance loan and some amount of tuition fee loan. Is this something that I can change post-application? How do I make changes? Is there a form to fill out?

Definitely ring student finance - you'll need your customer reference number and I think your secret answer (not your login password) - and they'll be able to help you with this be that direct you to the website and what to do or do it over the phone. When I've had problems they've been great and sorted it out there and then so hopefully it will be the same for you!

Yes, it is for the 2024/2025 application. I have requested to borrow the maximum amount in my application but can I change this if I no longer wish to take out the maximum loan or should circumstances change?
