Is Dietetics considered an ELQ exception?

Hello Student Finance England Team,

Dietetics Course (B411, L27) at Leeds Beckett University

I'm interested in the full-time, 3-year Dietetics degree at Leeds Beckett University (UCAS course code B411, institution code L27). I already have a Master's in Social Work.

My main question is whether my existing qualification affects my eligibility for funding, specifically the Maintenance Loan and Tuition Fee Loan, for this program.

Thank you for your help.

Hi there,

This course shows as a Allied Health Profession Course (AHP). Funding on a new AHP or NHS course will be exempt from previous study and ELQ rules. Therefore if you already hold a degree or have previous study you will still be eligible to access the full package of funding.

Thanks,
Claire
