Someone to take over my tenancy at Arbury Court London accom aparto September 2024

Hi,
Due to personal circumstances I no longer will be staying at Arbury Court student accom in New Malden/ Kingston, London. The tenancy is due to start in September 2024, move in date is 7th September 2024. I want to cancel my tenancy however as I’ve signed and paid the AST and past the cooling period they said they only way for me to cancel it is to find a replacement to take over my tenancy. So please, if you want to stay at this accommodation let me know and take over my tenancy.

It’s £249 per week and the tenancy starts on 07/09/24 and ends on 30/08/25

Hi it’s a bronze en-suite and it’s £249 per week and the tenancy start date is actually the 7th of September I just checked xx

Hi am also looking to cancel my student accommodation I paid of the deposit 2 days ago do I have time to cancel it

Yes yes!! It starts on the 7/09/24 and ends 30/08/25 xx

Yes you have 7 days from when you paid the deposit
