University forgot to add a module on transcript

Today I received my results for my module exams throughout the year and in order to pass I needed 120 credits. I successfully completed and did ALL of my exams on time however my university forgot to add one of my modules to the results transcript. Which led to me only receiving 100 credits.

I study 6 modules and did great in the other 5 but I don't know what happened to the other one. Does anyone know if this would mean I would have to resit? Because it doesn't make sense to me. Even if I were to have failed that module which I highly doubt, surely it would still have shown up in the transcript regardless, as there should have at least been a mark or something. What makes it worse is that I'm supposed to be transferring to a different university but I can't send my year grades until I get the full copy.

I'm just so fed up of this university as all they do is cause me problems and they are so unprofessional too. I have tried emailing and calling but they just told me to check again in 24 hours and putting me on hold for 20 minutes just to say they're unavailable to take my call.
You will need to contact the uni to get them to correct the error.

You will have a result from it, you'll only need to resit if you failed it.

I have tried but nobody is giving me a proper response as the staff aren't even trained properly to know what they're doing. I just don't get how the hell they can forgot a module on a transcript when all of my peers have theirs just fine LOL.

It's possible that you're asking staff who don't deal with this specific area -- and I suspect it's pretty unusual for this sort of thing to happen, so they might not know what the processes are.

Have you contacted your personal tutor?

You could ask your students union to see if they can help identify the correct route to raise this with the university.

I've asked both the Senior Assessment team and the IT service about it and they just say they're unavailable. I'm not going to bother calling them again today as the line is probably shut for today so I'll have to try again tomorrow. My personal tutor is also currently off so I literally don't have anyone else to contact about it.

I think I'm just stressed out from reading "Progression rule not met" on the transcript when they haven't even put all the modules to give all the credits, especially after how hard I've worked this year just so I can get out of that university.

IT aren't going to be involved in this kind of thing so are the wrong people to contact.

The assessment team are your best contact, but assuming all the other results have been released recently, it probably is the case they are busy. So just email them and then try and follow up after - honestly just going to the department on campus is probably the best bet but may not be feasible depending where you are living now.

If your personal tutor is away try contacting the department tutor and/or director of studies/course lead.

Yeah I am living at home now quite far from my university, but regardless all of their services are online and not in person for some odd reason. And more annoyingly there is actually no direct contact number or email to the assessment teams so I have to get Student Info and IT teams to pass the message along or I have to be forwarded on the phone. I go to ULaw, which would probably explain why the services are so crap and why I'm trying to get away😂

Update they finally gave me the full transcript with the module and I've passed everything, so glad I don't have to deal with that place anymore lol.
