Global vaginismus and situational vaginismus can be either primary or secondary. Global vaginismus refers to cases when the symptoms occur in response to any type of penetration. Alternatively, situational vaginismus means the symptoms occur in response to some types of penetration but not others.

Half the time tampons are a bit painful and hard to insert and take longer than should than others take to do so. Only am able to use regular ones, on heavy 🩸 days I just have to use a lot of regular ones instead of more absorbent bigger ones. Not due to rape, trauma, religion, don't have kids, and haven't been able to accomplish PIV.😅
