Replacement tenant at Warwick uni

I was wondering if anyone has advice on how to find a replacement tenant for my room for 2nd year. I don’t get along with my housemates as well as I’d hope, so my landlord says I can break contract as long as I find a replacement. If anyone knows anyone or how to go about this I’d really appreciate it!!! It’s for Warwick Uni, super cheap around £140 per week, close by to campus and a really lovely house for 5. The room is ground floor, spacious, with a huge garden right outside. Housemates are great, I just have a history with one of them so not convenient !!
