Well, step one is to avoid catastrophising.
How many modules did you do this year. Do you think you passed any of them?
If you failed some (or even all) modules, your university likely provides you with the opportunity to resit - possibly in August.
Every university has different rules and regulations when it comes to situations like this. Which uni are you at?
Why do you think your struggled this year? Too much partying? Or is the work just really challenging?
