Struggle choosing Alevels

My current favourite subjects are Maths, English lit and Chemistry so I was thinking of doing this combination for Alevel. However they don’t necessarily make sense together and I’ve been told all three are very challenging. I don’t know what I want to do after college so want to keep my options as open as possible. However I’m worried I’ll struggle to get good grades doing three difficult ones. Any advice from people who’ve taken any of these subjects or this combination in particular?

maths + any stem pretty much gets you into stem courses (some exceptions obviously but foundation years are a thing) and having an essay subject is also good for getting into essay subjects after college so you're options do provide you with a wide span of opportunities. Maths is generally a more popular a level so is a good one to have.

From experience I did maths a level and chem (for 1 year). Maths is alright as long as you keep up with practicing it. Year 12 is generally where it's building on gcse and year 13 is kinda major new content.
I hated chem tbh (i didn't like it at gcse tho so may be biased) I found it so hard because I just didn't understand it so didn't get anything higher than a E all year. I would say if you enjoy it you'll understand it better but you still gotta work hard for it.

Idk about english generally people who take english enjoy it so yea

i do maths, chem and biology
i think its a great combination for keeping your options open tbh. doing further maths would keep it really open, but fm is also very difficult so i respect if you dont want to take it
as long as you work hard maths should be fine tbh
same for chemistry
just bang out the practise questions and revision
english is challenging, but then again all a-levels are tbh. as long as you love it i'm sure you'll pull through
