I have just received my sfc so what implications will this cause ie sending the money back ect ?

Hi there,

Is your university going to suspend your studies, or do they want you to withdraw for now and then re-apply using a 24/25 application?

Thanks, Graeme

Hi there,

If you need to start in September then you'd have to apply for 24/25. You need to find out what your employer would be able to do first. With your current application, if your employer can't make changes just now for you, your uni would need to either suspend or withdraw you from the course. Was it just a Maintenance Loan payment you received?

Thanks,
Ross

My employer has turned down my flexible working request sadly but said most Saturdays I would be off but can not agree to having them all off . My question now is what attendence rate do i need to have before I would have a issue with them

Hi Clo2024,

You would need to confirm with the university if you are only liable to pay a percentage due to the duration of your attendance.

Thanks, Clare
