Changing courses

I have made the decision to change course from computer science at to Maths. I currently have Exeter as my firm choice but Im not sure if I want to do Maths there. How would I change course from computing to maths at exeter, and if i changed course how easy would it be to change Uni as well?

Ask admissions at Exeter about a course change ASAP if you’re certain.

Do you have achieved or pending grades?
Hi Barney_W,

Firstly, congratulations on making the decision to switch to Maths it's a great subject with lots of opportunities! As an Exeter student ambassador; who also changed course I'm here to help you navigate this process.

First things first, I would be sure to contact our admissions office, and log an enquiry (here). Secondly, it is important that you meet the entry requirements for the Maths course. However, this being said, the option to change course is also down to the availability of spaces! Our popular courses might be full so it's definitely a good idea to enquire as soon as possible.

Let me know if you have any more questions,

Best of luck!

Sophie, University of Exeter Student Ambassador.

You cannot change Unis at this stage.
As above, contact Exeter about a course switch there - or if you want to switch your Firm and Insurance around, so that your current Insurance becomes your new Firm, you need to phone UCAS.
Just be very certain that this is actually what you want to do before you do either.
