Conditional Offer UEL

Maybe somebody knows.
I got conditional offers saying that I need to pass functional skill level 2 math and A levels to have overall grade of 60%.
Exam for math I have scheduled in August, and A Level I have completed like overall score "mean" 58.8%, would that count or not really ? My A levels were passed in different country so therefore I don't have A level certificate individually but all subject with particular results on one paper. Also I didn't accepted yet my offer, but what would happened if I accept offer but won't be successfully with one of these conditions ?

As 58.8% is less than 60%, you would not have met their offer conditions, so UEL would not be obliged to confirm your place on the course once they have all your results available (which won't be until after they have your Functional Skills Level 2 Maths result).
However, once they've confirmed the place of all candidates who have met their offer conditions, there may be some places left on the course. If so, they will likely look to those who've just missed their offer conditions in order to fill the remaining places - i.e. people like you. So you may still get a place, despite not quite having met the requirements.
