Urgently new tenant, student accomodation Stoke On Trent, The Aire

Unforseen circumstances came up and no longer need the room. Can't break the contract anymore because its too late, Unless I find a new tenant to replace me. Accomodation is an en-suite with a kitchen. Gold plus standard room so the best you could rent in the building. Its a luxury room. Rent is at £180 every week or £230 for dual occupancy as the room is quite big. Also on the top floor of the building. Single bed. Boothen Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 4AH. 10 minute walk away from Staffordshire university and not too long on the bus from Keele University. Room is around 33 square metres. Tenancy from 7 Sep 2024 to 30 Aug 2025. 51 weeks
