Hi Anon,

It's very common for many students to experience this form of anxiety as soon as they're about to do their exams. Regardless of how much you've studied and prepared for the content somehow there is still a rush of panic. I experienced this too during my mocks and final exams, a useful tip I received from my tutor to combat this was to treat all your practice papers like an actual exam. Try to find a quiet and silent room where you can isolate yourself from everyone else, start a timer and begin the paper. Keep away any distractions and only have your essentials around you like your stationary (keep your phone far far away!)

I got into the habit of doing all my practice papers in exam conditions and it really helped me ease my anxiety by the time I was in the exam hall.

Hope this helps,
