Cheap way to get from Hounslow to Watford KPMG

Got an offer to go to work at KPMG, it’s in Watford and I live in Hounslow. Can anyone find a cheap way to get there, preferably around 2h? I could save up for a car within the first year so I need something for the time being. Additional info: I got a free travel car in London but Watford is out side of London.

Found one for £1250, taking the 111 to Heathrow airport and then the 724 to Watford (annual pass = £1250)

It depends where in Hounslow. The best way would be to get a bus to any station in Acton or Gunnersbury Park and then take the Overground direct to Watford Junction.

One way or another, its a nightmare commute. If you're going to drive, its going to be a matter of the A312 until the A40, then onto the A412 which goes through Rickmansworth and then on to Watford - but are you sure you're guaranteed parking?
