Ache in groin/testicles?

For those saying see a GP, I will if the symptoms persist but just wondered if anyone else had experienced similar symptoms and what they might be. Woke up with a dull ache in my right testicle, seems worse when sitting down or with legs crossed, goes away or less significant when lying down. Now it's gone from the right one to the left one. The pain is not a torsion believe me its a minor ache, could i have strained something down there? I lift heavy things every day for my job and i was at the gym the day before this happened. I have had some stomach cramps too but this isn't that unusual for me. There is no sign of any hernia, nothing obviously wrong with my testicles either.

Don't worry too much same problem went away by itself. Get checked out if it continues

Five days ago or so I went to the GP and got proscribed antibiotics. Awaiting an STI test but doubt it is as its been months since i had sex and it was protected.

The aches seem to have gone for the most part but annoyingly, the top of my penis keeps getting stuck to my undewear? the other day i noticed a smegma buildup which i removed and cleaned, but its still getting stuck. it looks like the opening at the top of my penis is almost completely closed, and I have to pull the foreskin forward to reopen it, but then it goes backa gain. But I can go to the toilet without having to roll it back.

You might think or say that I am boring at 51 for saying this but I strongly advise getting a GP examination of your bits done asap.

The fact that your almost closing up on the end of your tallywacker is not good at all because even though you can go to the loo at the moment, things could change in a heartbeat and could potentially land you in a medical emergency situation.

I urge you to book a GP appointment asap as this is not something you can afford to mess around with.
