Are SQA grades on NAT 5s based on only the exam and the assignment? Or do class assessments and prelims also get used for grades? Because I did good in the prelims and good in class assessments but I feel like I did really bad on the exams.

the grades you’ll soon receive are only from assignments and the exam 🫶
I believe they use class assessments if a student is exempted from taking the exam on that day.

Hiya! You’ll be assessed on your exam and (for some subjects) the coursework or assignment as it’s often called. I’m sure you’ll be fine on results day but if you do worse than predicted you can always appeal the grade with your prelim and supporting evidence from class x
