Eduqas Alevel Psychology help

Hi I am a current year 12 studying A level Eduqas Psychology and I am really struggling. My school teaches the course backwards so we’ve just finished paper 3 content and research methods. The paper 3 topics i do are : addiction, schizophrenia, criminal behaviour. I need help with writing the essays faster and in a way that will score me more marks. At the start of year 12 we were given 30 mins to write 10markers but in our mock they reduced this down to 15mins as that’s what we’ll get in the exam. Also with AO2 15 markers how can I maximise my AO2 marks? What is the best way to remember the studies for the essays ? How should i prepare for and revise paper 1 content?
