Brunner's Glands vs Crypts of Lieberkuhn
What is the difference between the Brunner's Glands and Crypts of Lieberkuhn? Do they perform the same function (except the additional role of the crypts containing stem cells which undergo mitosis to replace cells lining the wall of the small intestine)?
