UCA vs DJCAD
Which one is better in terms of the city’s art scene, facilities, future prospects??

To study which courses?
The locations are very different. Farnham is a very pleasant leafy town in a wealthy part of the country close to London. Dundee is also a nice town, but will be a very different experience in terms of weather, money, accommodation, travel etc. Neither have any art scene, but both are good institutions. DJCAD is probably more selective.
Your future prospects are down to you, not the place you study at.
