Can I apply for apprenticeship right now while waiting for my Alevels results and if i get into the unis? Applying to those in case i dont get into uni..

Yes, that's what most people do.
Although most apprenticeship vacancies have been filled by now and will most likely open next year from January onwards.
Check out UCAS and Gov.uk site for live vacancies.

You can start looking however most vacancies will start opening from September/October onwards. If you want, I can send you some resources to help you with work experience, how to write a CV and how to become a more attractive candidate for degree apprenticeships. Just let me know if you want me to send those over and I will

Yes, you can do vice versa. But people rarely drop a Degree Apprenticeship for a Degree when they are already doing it unless they've had a major mind and career shift.
