Foundation year
Anybody going to take admission in uni of Huddersfield foundation year ( science excluded degree) ???? Is it worth or not because my accademic requirments are pretty good but can't meet the English language criteria.

The study is pretty straight forward however the workload is more than expected. You should be fine if u have done a level bio and chem and don’t leave things last minute.
What course do u want to progress onto after the SED?

Not really worth a whole year as you are not guaranteed in even if you get over 70% like there are many other easier options like resitting the English language exam and lots of competition this year especially for optometry. So I probably would not recommend as it is also a whole £9000< more in tuition fees rather than resitting which is cheaper.
