I have to worry about every dish of food and when traveller's diarrhoea does it, it hurts, really hurts. It's good to visit different countries to broaden your horizons, but doing it with IBS-D somehow makes it very uninteresting.

I was advised to avoid drinking tap water (including ice cubes at restaurants) and uncooked vegetables (such as salad) as you can't guarantee how clean they are
