Is it difficult to travel with IBS-D?

I have to worry about every dish of food and when traveller's diarrhoea does it, it hurts, really hurts. It's good to visit different countries to broaden your horizons, but doing it with IBS-D somehow makes it very uninteresting.

Anyone out there?
Hey, IBD survivor here! I'm due to go abroad in a few days time and whenever I travel I always pack some imodium (anti- diarrhoea medicine). I was advised to avoid drinking tap water (including ice cubes at restaurants) and uncooked vegetables (such as salad) as you can't guarantee how clean they are

Inflammatory bowel disease. It can be dangerous, but everyone is different.

I know what it is and the complications that can be brought about by the two types of it.
