Level 6 diploma in teaching and learning

I was told that I need to include a comprehensive literature review for my assignment assessment criteria to be achieved. but as I was talking about my job role I am not sure how to add in this information. How can I give a detailed literature review to back up my arguments? I have included some literature references so I do not know what more I can do.
Does any one have any suggestions?

I would look through assignment brief in a lot more detail (I am not familiar with Level 6 diplomas).

From the standard definition of a literature review, you are essentially summarising the background research done in prior papers for your topic. You would need to summarise and compare the literature as well as saying what is relevant and what the field is like up to this point in time. The review would need to centred around specific points/themes based on what is available. You would then say where the gaps in research are and what are interesting to research, which would lead you to what you would be researching now.
Of course, you would need to use Harvard referencing, writing full paragraphs, write in an academic style, etc.

See the following as examples (they're specifically not related to teaching to comply with TSR's policies):

I would use Google Scholar where appropriate. If you are studying at a university, I would use your university's search page to find as many journal articles where possible, since you would have practically unlimited access to any journal articles out there.
Wikipedia would also be a good place to check up on the key references for specific topics, since a number of the references would be academic.
