If you do better on the year 11 mock exam, can the result sent to the sixth form you apply for instead of the bad ones you did in year 10? And does sixth form can only access to the year 11 mock exam result?

It depends when your interview is, and when your application needs to be in by, and when your yr 11 mocks are, but I would say always email in if you are in doubt!
They won't say no to hearing that you're going to be better than they originally thought!
