Probably not. If your speedometer said you were going 33mph you were probably actually doing 31 or 32mph (they tend to record a slightly higher than actual speed). Although that would still be in excess of the posted limit, the camera is unlikely to even have gone off at that speed.

I agree. Plus if you had gone down to 30 in time for the white lines then you should be fine.
