paid work experience

Don't know what planet you're living on but work experience isn't paid.
Once you're at university if you're lucky enough maybe you'll find a paid internship, but if you're a sixth form student, no one will pay you sorry.
If you want money, do a sixth form leavers summer job like hospitality or children summer camps, if you want the finance experience don't expect to get paid straight out of school.
