Is it still possible to change the maintanence status and receive the maximum payment

I am a migrant from Ukraine and this year I had big problems with getting my parents' documents regarding their financial status and could not upload the documents in time. Today, when I received them, I noticed that I had already been awarded a minimum payment, which I won't even be able to cover a full stay in the cheapest accommodation in uni. Is it possible to get the maximum maintenance now?

Will it be okay if I don't have a letter from an independent person? All the people who worked with me either have a different status or are on vacation for a long time.

Have you been asked for a letter from an independent person? We would usually require your parents' financial details in order to income assess your application.

I was asked for family income evidence and a letter signed and dated by an independent person with a good standing in the community who is not a friend or relative. But I can not do it in the closest time. And my maintenance is already dated.
If I sent a family income yesterday, will I get some changes?

Hi Liudmyla,

If you send the evidence from your parents we will look to reassess your finance. This is currently taking 24 working days. Our timescales are estimates and can change daily up or down depending on how busy we are. If the team need anything else they will email you, it may go to your junk folder.

Once updated and approved, this will reflect online and then you will receive paperwork in the post.
