Plymouth vs Aberystwyth IR

Hi, I’ve been offered places at Aberystwyth and Plymouth for International Relations with foundation year. Does anyone have an opinion on which would be better. I know that Aberystwyth is ranked a lot higher for IR. Would it be worth sacrificing more things to do (in Plymouth) to go to Aberystwyth?
