Would ST andrews even consider me if i never met the math based subject requirement

I believe I've done well enough to attend as far as highers are concerned, aswell as meeting the minimum english requirements, but i'd like to know even if i had a great personal statement and met the requirements would ST andrews consider me for International Relations, or international relations with middle east studies?

Maths doesn't really affect a politics degree, so as far as I am aware, you should be fine.
