Pebble Pad question

Hi! I have just finished my work for my portfolio and the deadline was yesterday. Everything on my end was done prior to the deadline but my mentor hasn't yet filled out my feedback and confirmation of my hours. I did email yesterday a few times, and was told he was going to do it but never did. Have rang again today to ask and waiting for a call back from him. My portfolio has been locked now as its passed the due date and has been automatically sent for assessment. My main question is can my mentor still put in my feedback and hours in past the deadline as a external assessor, or would he need to simply email my tutor confirming it instead and I guess she could access it and edit it? I'm worried this delay will get me into trouble and I will be penalised for it, but its out of my control and have tried a few times now to remind him. I emailed him early Sunday morning so he would of hopefully seen it Monday morning and I also tagged my tutor in, my tutor was the only one who responded.

My tutor is now away until tomorrow so she wont see my emails until then. I do understand my mentor is most likely very busy but I am starting to worry a little bit. My other friend who attended placement with me is also in the same situation. Many thanks

Speak to your tutor tomorrow. In the meantime, drop an email to her explaining the situation and that you will talk to her tomorrow. If you have a way of proving you made the deadline (screeenshots of date and time etc on your pebble pad) you could add it to the email.

Afterwards, bung off another polite email to your mentor explaining that, as the deadline was missed, had a talk to your tutor about the situation and the outcome.

Nothing that can't be fixed with some admin intervention I'm sure.
