Eligibility for home fee status-ICL

Hi guys I am new in the forum so nice to meet you.
I am considering to apply for phd in imperial college for the next academic year and i want to know my home fee status. I am little confused so i was thinking if anyone can help me with that. With pre-settled status and living in europe (greece) the last 3 years i would be considered home-fee student or not?

Thanks in advance.

Hello there,

Sorry that nobody's replied to this until now. Have a look at the UKCISA website.

I'm a bit confused because you cannot have pre-settled status while having lived in Greece for the last three years - that would void the pre-settled status and waive any rights you might have had under the EU settlement scheme.
