Retaking year 12 but don't have entry requirements

I'm planning to retake year 12 and do maths, computer science and business at a different sixth form. I currently do English literature, history, and business. I got a 5 for maths and a 4 for cs. I know most replies will be "don't take it", "you can't with a 5" and other such replies I've seen in previous posts like this. But honestly I don't care. I intend to take these subjects no matter what happens. Currently speaking, I've failed my end of years and I'm worried my parents will find out. I'm also currently self studying the necessary gcse maths required to take A level maths. I've considered blocking my school from my parents email, editing my gcse results and applying to a different sixth form and other such things. I want any suggestions and I also want to know the chances of me getting caught if I do edit the results as I know someone in my current school who edited his and got away with it.
I don't care if fraud is fraud, either help me or leave me be as I intend to do this no matter what.
I wouldn’t suggest submitting edited results to the sixth form but I instead I would suggest emailing the sixth form you are interested in going to and explaining that you would like to apply there for those subjects and you have been working really hard outside of school to learn the content- its then up to them and their admissions policy whether they take you. If you wanted to you could maybe arrange to resit maths in November and tell the sixth form you want to go to that youll do that and hope to get a grade which surpasses their requirements. You seem really passionate about taking these subjects which is awesome and I wish you the best of luck with getting onto the courses you’re interested in! If you need any help I’d be happy to make suggestions, have a great day
