Missing conditional offer requirements for KCL

I got my IB results and I met the overall points requirement but missed out on the HL points. My conditional offer was 35, and HLs with 666. I got 37, with 655 in my HLs. I am remarking 3 of my papers, 2 of them are HL subjects. Should I contact KCL? What aremy chances of getting in if my grades don't change after the remark?

Yes you should contact KCL.
You need to ask them
- whether they got your results (often exam centres mess up and the results don’t get sent to UCAS automatically)
- when they expect to make a decision
- if they can make a note against your application that you’re getting a remark
