Looking for students to take over 2 contracts for 2024-2025

Need two university of Lincoln students to take over contracts in a 3 bed houseshare on Kirkby Street.
Rooms are £115 a week with bills included. 51 week contract starting 8th September 2024.
Very spacious rooms with lots of storage. Free washing machine and dishwasher in property. Parking is available through permits.
Two tenants are having to leave due to plans of postgrads falling through, 1 tenant remains and will be in her third year at the uni.
A short walk away from the high street and train station, and only about a 10-15 min walk to campus.
