How to Avoid Burnout as a Student

Hi there,

Burnout is a very common within in students especially during exam period as we are all trying so hard to do well in our exams and assessments.

But burnout can be avoided, we have come up with a few tips to help to reduce burnout as students'.

Our Top five tips:

1) Make sure that you allocate time for yourself, this is really important as it helps to allow you to relax away from your studies.

2) Set SMART Goals, this will allow you to manage your time effectively and efficiently and this it also allows you to achieve and monitor progress effectively.

3) Positive reinforcement, remember how far you have come and what you are working towards this will help to you gain motivation.

4)Fit in regular exercise, this is great to clear your mind and refocus.

5) Eat Well - helps to ensure you are setting your body up in the best way to study.
